Trip Planning Website
A website designed for a travel service company that offers personalized holiday planning in Asia and provide tailored tips and deep destination knowledge
MyTripology, established in 2019, aims to provide comprehensive travel solutions through its website. Our objectives include create a distinguished landing page to engage new customer while introducing the brand, offering detailed destination information, facilitating easy booking of travel packages and services, personalizing itineraries, building trust through expert showcases and testimonials, and prioritizing user-friendly interface and experience across devices.
The project faced several challenges. Firstly, as a new company, the client mentioned that they’re in the middle of building visual identity for their brand, this lacked of establishment could lead to future changes in brand guidelines affecting overall design aesthetics. Secondly, their unique business model, offering both fixed and customizable trip options, required designing a seamless and hassle-free user experience. This dual approach was the project's biggest challenge, demanding innovative solutions to ensure smooth navigation and user satisfaction.
To address the challenge of uncertain brand guidelines and visual identity, I developed a flexible design system capable of easily adapting to new visual identities. This approach proved invaluable, as it allowed for swift adjustments within the design system whenever changes occurred, sparing the need to update individual pages. Secondly, to streamline the customizable trip option and prevent misunderstandings, I provided the client with click-by-click prototypes. This ensured that all necessary steps and information were thoroughly covered, optimizing the user experience and facilitating clear communication throughout the process.
